The Measurement Toolchest is a library of references for existing scales in the broad management literature. This site is maintained by the Research Methods Division (RMD) of the Academy of Management. Content can be created by any member of the Academy, not just site administrators. New users will need to create a login and may want to read the Help Reference Card or Help documentation. We would also encourage you to review these guidelines before modifying or posting measures.

What is a wiki?

A wiki is a tool that allows for collaborative knowledge management. All are invited to contribute as long as their edits are constructive. Nonconstructive edits can be reverted and their editors ultimately blocked from future editing. If everyone pitches in their two cents, a wiki can be a very efficient way to share information and to avoid duplicating work.
